What Up?

Since I haven't been faithfully blogging the past few months, I'm just now learning of some changes that Blogger has made to their website.  And those changes are driving me absolutely CRAZY!  Uploading the pictures is easier than before, but adding them to the post and moving things around is ridiculous.  Even more annoying is there is no easy way of uploading a video.  But hopefully these little road blocks won't stand in the way of my goal to get it updated.

Entrepreneur

As I was getting ready for work this morning, Connor asked "when is Valentine's Day?"  The ensuing conversation convinced me that we have a future entrepreneur on our hands.

Mommy:  It's on Sunday.
Connor:   Is that when I get to go to my party?
Mommy:  No, you're party is at school on Friday.
Connor:   Is that when I get to sell my valentines?
Mommy:  Sell your valentines?
Connor:   Yeah, my Harry Potter valentines.
Mommy:  Well, you're going to give your valentines to your friends on Friday.
Connor:   I don't want to give them my valentines.  I want to sell them.

Just a guess, but I don't think that any of his friends are quite that gullible, even if they are only 4 years old.

It's About Time!

I'm not quite sure where the time has gone, but the past year has flown by in the blink of an eye.  I can't believe the last post is for Riley's first birthday.  He's already almost 2 now!  I made a New Year's resolution that I would keep on top of the blog this year.  Here it is already the second week of February and I haven't done much with it yet.  So now my goal is to get it updated before Riley's second birthday.  That gives me a little over 2 months.  It's crunch time!
