April Birthdays

We have four members of the family with birthdays in April - Chizuko, Dre, Jules, and Riley. Today was the chosen day of the month to celebrate the April birthdays, with the exception of Jules. She's on her own since she's not here.  Sorry Jules!


Riley was adamant that he wanted to sit on Aunt Tin's lap to open presents.  When the time came though, he changed his mind.  He opted for my lap instead.  Once we got him situated, he did just fine opening his multitude of presents.

He was very excited to get a
backpack just like Connor's,

thanks to the DisneyLunds.





He was also very excited to get
some crayons of his own.



Riley went nuts at the store when
he saw this airbed.  Grandma and
Grandpa granted his wish.

Aunt Tin spoiled Riley.  One of
his favorites was a Buzz ball.



The WonderLunds brought him
a coloring book from Japan.





Aunt Tin not only spoiled Riley with presents, but she also made two cakes.  One for Chizuko and Dre, and a Buzz cake for Riley, complete with little alien sprinkles.

Once we were home, the boys changed into their pajamas.  They were supposed to go downstairs to say goodnight to Jeremy while I was finishing up some things upstairs.  However, when I went downstairs, I found that Connor was reading Riley's new book to him, all by himself!
